I've experienced those symptoms too. Sounds like you're going deficient in some vitamins/minerals. The twitching usually happens if I'm not getting enough magnesium in my diet. Try a magnesium/calcium supplement in addition to a quality multivitamin to help with the mood swings. (Just try to take these 4+ hours after thyroid hormone).
