Would it help to put your table on risers so that you don't have to bend as much? I do mine while sitting down at the dining table because it was killing my back to do it on the floor. However my table isn't large enough for some puzzles so I am trying out a folding table that can be collapsed and stored when not in use. It's a budget-friendly option vs getting a new dining table.
