ok since you seems not familiar with building your own pc and you want cheap as possible then this is your best choice: https://www.amazon.com/SkyTech-Gaming-Computer-Desktop-Quad-Core/dp/B077QDRBF9?keywords=cheap+gaming+desktop+pc&qid=1536288028&sr=8-2&ref=mp_s_a_1_2
The MicroCenter one is not a bad deal consider you get 8400 and 1050 ti, however, as you probably already know, HP is not upgradeable in the future so I recommend you to get custom pre-built PC companies. Here's a Skytech one on sale too at $599.99:

Only difference is Skytech is Ryzen 1200 versus 8400, but you get better memory, motherboard, aftermarket fans, psu, and etc where you can potentially upgrade in the future.
both of those seem like horrible pcs, neither of them have a dedicated gpu, the link i sent has a 1050ti and a RYZEN 3 for only $700

Asus VG248QE is probably my favorite monitor on the market. GTX 1050 would be a good option.
