I just purchased a w1070 a few weeks ago. I got two pairs of these glasses and they work great, especially considering the cost (~$20).
I picked them up just for occasional use, but I've found that the novelty of 3D movies wears off pretty quickly, and some people don't like them at all. It's still fun to pull out an show guests, though, and works for games that support stereoscopic 3D. Just something to consider before you invest heavily in many pairs of glasses.
I purchased these:

Work great, were cheap, and had two modes (144hz mode looks best IMO).
Not for sure of their availability in the UK though. Good Luck!
I have these 2...

To be honest the SainSonics are ok but you can tell the difference, if you want a few pairs of cheap glasses to give to others get those. The Estar glasses are very good, i saw them recommended here previously and they are a big improvement over the SainSonics particularly for color balance and light bleed.
