Oh I know about the troubles of regions on them. I suppose if region locks are a thing you encounter often, a region-free blu-ray player would do the trick?
I think there are region free blu-ray / dvd players available on the market. here's one. But they seem pretty expensive (150$+) so I am looking for recommendations on cheaper ones
I don't really want to buy stuff from ebay. And I don't really know what PAL/SECAM refresh rates are.
