Alternative monitor and probably a better options is one of the Samsungs, https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Screen-LED-Lit-Monitor-C24FG73FQN/dp/B072KKV2TB for example.
I have this, Samsung CFG7 Screen LED-Lit Monitor 23.5" (C24FG73FQN) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072KKV2TB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_ggR-AbF9BCV36 , colours are great, and its smooth as you'd expect from a 144hz monitor.
Recommendations:
$220, XG2402, TN panel, good colors with tweaking
$260, Samsung QLED panel, great colors
$220 MSI VA panel, reported quality control issues

With this build you could make use of 1080p 144Hz, 1440p 60Hz and if you want to future-proof your monitor even 1440p at 144Hz. Here is a list of monitors that would fit:
What about this even though it’s free sync ? Samsung CFG7 Screen LED-Lit Monitor 23.5" (C24FG73FQN) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072KKV2TB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_gwbWAb4NJD5S6
The monitor looks good but idk about it for FPS games and since I have Nvidia GPU
What's a good 1080p 144hz monitor? I was looking for something with G-Sync, but Idk how much I would need it.
I was split between this Samsung monitor or this ASUS monitor. The reviews talk about how good the colors are on the Samsung one, but I think the ASUS monitor is meant for gaming. I don't think it would make a difference, and I always hear how good Samsung screens are, so despite it being 0.5" smaller, I'm leaning towards that.
Yes! Those are the Insignia speakers, they are discontinued but if you can find them on eBay they are really nice, I have 2 on my room as a speaker group and the sound is great, considering I paid $55 for both.
Coasters bought from Ross lol and the speakers are an old 5.1 Sony home theater that still does the job just fine.
If you can afford a little extra on the monitor
Better specs, less flicker and more consistent refresh rate and better color

Samsung C24FG73FQN you must mean this one it seems really good but is curved and a bit over my budget I might be able to overcome budget but I don't think I want a curve. I might consider it though.
Thanks, I was kind of already planning on getting a 1060 anyway because I kind of figured I wouldn’t be able to handle a 1080.
Would you recommend a specific 144 hz monitor? https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Screen-LED-Lit-Monitor-C24FG73FQN/dp/B072KKV2TB
I planned on getting this one
First off, before you even think about investing in a 144Hz monitor, can your GPU give you the framerate you want in this game?
Beyond that, monitor technology is to the point where everything is pretty good. The more expensive ones support things like HDR or are ultrawides.
You have three panel techs, TN, VA, and IPS. TN is the older tech, it is cheaper to make and tends to have better response times. IPS has superior color and viewing angle, but the response times and refresh rates suffer as a result. VA panels are in the middle. You can still get excellent response times on VA and IPS monitors, but they will be a lot more expensive as a result.
Viewsonic and Acer makes some really good 1080p 144Hz monitors. They offer great budget TN panels. You can get 24 inches 1080p for about $200.
Viewsonic is probably the best budget option.
Samsung has some VA panel for a bit more. You'll get a nicer image.
If you have a good graphics card and are ok with spending a bit more Acer has a good 1440p monitor.
If you start going into higher end tech like HDR the prices start to go way up.
No i am in Denmark
Here is the monitor:

I found one more LC24FG70FQ Rs 20,980 ,23 inch
There is this one also https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072KKV2TB/ref=emc_b_5_t?th=1
What kind of games do you usually play? I personally am not a fan of TN panels, neither am I a fan of 27"+ monitors with a Full HD resolution. So if it's going to be 1080p, then I'd prefer having a 24" monitor. Just a preference though.
The Alienware monitor has a refresh rate of 240Hz. I'd advise you to go to a store and check one out yourself if you can. I've tried a few 240Hz monitors for the first time yesterday. Without being able to compare it to a 120Hz monitor I couldn't tell a difference. So for me it's not worth the additional price, I'd rather go with a higher resolution than a higher refresh rate than 120Hz. That's different for everybody though.
My personal preference is a 23.5" monitor by Samsung. It is a VA panel with Quantum Dot technology. I have a predecessor of that one at home and the image looks amazing.

Alternatively, you could get a 32" 1440p 144Hz monitor by BenQ for 450$. https://www.amazon.com/BenQ-EX3203R-Monitor-FreeSync-DisplayHDR/dp/B07DPVRZXG/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=benq+2k+144hz&qid=1568072055&s=gateway&sr=8-4
Not sure if that size is an option for you though.

If you really want to go with the cheapest option you can find, then I'd say just go for the MSI. It seems like an amazing product for the price. You can always upgrade in a year or two if it's not enough.
I have this one and it's pretty good in this price range.

I already did, it's the first comment in this thread :P.
Samsung C24FG73. It comes in 27" as well, but I prefer the higher pixel density of a 24" as I sit fairly close to my setup. No "IPS glow" in a VA either.

Personally buying one as well and I cant decide between these 3. I wanted a VA panel for sure because TN panels are just awful at the 300 and under price point. 24 inches is a perfect size for me so all my suggestions will be that. As always do a frick load of research. A week ago I knew nothing about monitors now I know so much about there marketing schemes and what these monitors really display.
