Looking for a 32" monitor or TV to use in my living room fora HTPC/Gaming/Couch Browsing. Best bang for buck; I've seen things like this Samsung for $200 but I don't know if that's too cheap to be worthwhile or if 32" TVs are actually just super cheap now. Thanks!
[Edit: Used is fine; I'd just like to know what to look for on CL/Amazon/whatever. Budget is sub-$400 if I can swing it]
Again as I said you haveno clue what you are talking about you are comparing apples and oranges where you compare Response Time to Input Lag which are completely two different things.
Besides I already pointed it to you that on console you can't see a difference under 30ms input lag because pixels take longer than that to be generated in first place. Playing shooters or anything else on console you won't notice a difference between this TV for instance and any monitor, yet this this is actual TV that has many other functions.

Sure if you were on PC and trying ro play 120fps game you can notice down to 15ms MINIMUM. So why would anyone respect your opinion when you don't know what you are talking about?

This is what I use and it is a smart TV, so you can use Netflix and amazon prime videos.
