Didn't notice any lags so far. I use it mainly for viewing Photos and Videos (4k H.256 HEVC coded) which come from my drone. And those 4k videos play very smooth without any stuttering! Same for large Apps (>1GB), like Star Walk 2 or Solar Walk 2 + Games. For now, i did not notice any impact on performance. But maybe it is too soon to evaluate, because i have my S4 for almost 2 Weeks by now.

Also i did not notice any app, that refuses to move to sd card so far. (Dont forget to enable this feature in developer options first)
EDIT: But the 400GB sd card actually are 366,76GB. Also the internal Space is 52,65 GB only, so in total i have 419,41 GB in total.
