if you can't spring for a 144hz monitor then this is the lowest response time 60hz monitor I have ever encountered: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077XLKLH4/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

be aware that "response time" in monitor specs does not refer to actual input response. this has to be done with a special hardware tester and is never included in specs. A whole website/community spawned around this, trying to catalog actual input lag across monitors (https://displaylag.com/display-database/) but has long since died out. I've ended up testing a lot of these when searching for the best monitors to use at in-person tournaments, and this was the best I ever came across.
