This is my all-time favorite razer, and it comes in a 'sensitive skin' version.
Sock, from Reaper. He's awesome in every way. =] If you've never seen the show, you should, just because Sock is awesome!!
Here's a picture of him in all his wonder.
Also, Boom! Roasted.

I have tried a few razors and found this the best, my wife says it's also better than the ladies version.
And use conditioner instead of shaving cream, it's more viscous and is less likely to cause irritation.
Shave with the grain the first few times you shave to make sure there is no irritation. From there start with going with the grain and then perpendicular to the grain afterwards. If there is still no irritation after doing that consistently, try going against the grain as a third step for extra smoothness.
Hey all, just started with the whole skincare deal after about 3 years of annoying (albeit very mild compared to some people's) acne. I'm very happy I found this sub, but I'm still a little bit daunted by it (I have so many questions!).
My main questions are regarding order of operations :D. I am very fair-skinned male with fast-growing facial hair (which I hate), and I get consistent cystic(?) acne on my cheeks/jawline. I also get frequent blackheads between my eyebrows (above and on my nose). My skin is usually pretty dry but I've been starting to use moisturizer. I also have acne scars which are dark, but not that bad.
Anyway, here are my questions:
Question 1: If I shave in the shower, should I be doing it before or after I cleanse/exfoliate?
Question 2: Should I be using a shaving cream if I shave in the shower? What about when I'm not shaving in the shower?
Question 3: Should I be using an astringent/toner? If so, when would I use that?
My Products (let me know if I have a bad one please):
Thanks a bunch guys/gals for looking this over - I appreciate it.
ProTip: Schick Hydro 5 Blade...
I use this and the top pulls back so you can get in the bits. Just stick a leg up on the bathtub and be careful.
