I agree with re-training her. You can confine her to a large crate to retrain how to use the litter box. If you're not keen on that idea, you can add more litter boxes, 3 or 4, around the house to give her more choices. Pheromone diffusers are great for litter box issues. I use this one for all my fosters and for my own personal cat who is easily stressed. Do not use the calming collar, they don't work. Is she declawed? Also, after you do see success with litter box training, be sure to reward her! something special like chicken. Cats respond very well to food rewards and she needs to know that that is where you want her to go.
This is another suggestion. I adopted a cat recently who did not like too much litter in her box. Too much made her feel wobbly and she would frequently pee on the wall. Unfortunately, there are a lot of factors as to why cats go outside the litter box but if you are willing to do a little trial and error and work at it, you should be able to correct it.
