I used to wear my old free college tshirts but then I hated how much they were sticking to me when I was super sweaty and riding the subway home with a soaking wet shirt is no fun at all. So I searched amazon for what felt like hours and I found these AMAZING tank tops from New Balance. They are longish in the back so they cover my butt and I think they come long enough to cover any camel toe action that may happen. I wanted a tank because during zumba and other classes I'm lifting my arms a ton and I didn't want the shirt to go up nor did I want to feel constricted. I have sensitive skin and hate the feel of polyester like some of the cheaper ones so I opted to pay like $20 and get a better quality over say champion. My SO has a few champion men's version shirts and I don't like the feel and they pill after a few washes. For pants I wear 3/4 capris from champion because after reading TONS of reviews these seemed like the best bet without paying $50+. I wanted a wider band on top so it wouldn't dig, thick spandex so it wouldn't show loads of sweat and become see-thru, 3/4 bc I'm taller and the normal length pants always look like highwaters on me, etc. I've been wearing both the shirt and pants for about 2 weeks and they are holding up nicely. For bras I have a few different ones for different things. Since I'm like a 34/36 F/G I wear this for regular cardio, this for light cardio/weights and it's a bit small on me but whatever still comfie and no uniboob, and this MothaFer for running elliptical type things. The band rolls on me so I can pretty much wear it when I'm going to be upright and not moving too much. It keeps my boobs in CHECK but it's really tight and I can't wear it all day. On another thread women were loving it and wearing it all day so don't take only my word. And what zeroeznonez said - DEODORANT haha. All of these things are for comfort and not aesthetic purposes as I go to an all-women's gym. I am loving your knee socks and chucks for weights. Overall super cool and badassness. I couldn't wear that because I try to get everything done in one visit since I'm short on time.

For the sports bras, definitely recommend shock absorber, i have 3 of those d+ ones https://www.amazon.co.uk/Shock-Absorber-Active-Classic-Support/dp/B003ZHXYJE/ref=sr_1_6?keywords=sports+bra&qid=1566565468&s=gateway&sr=8-6

Others i've heard good things about are she-fit...

With the breathing issues, you could well have a touch of asthma which is worth checking with your doctor, but it could resolve once you do some reasonable exercise and don't try and do it too quickly or too fast. Definitely loads on you tube "beginners" type things that walk you through exercises as others have suggested but weight loss is mainly about food....and there's been some great suggestions about food from everyone.

Good luck! you can do it
