Snake oil doesn't have any "dirty" cards, even in their videos. The cards are all single(-ish) words. It's the combinations and RP that turn it filthy.
Are you maybe thinking of Funemployed instead? That has some stock cards that aren't very family friendly.

You have character cards that are customers, and random objects that you are dealt. Take turns being customers and everyone else picks two cards from their hand to form a product that they pitch to the customer. They pick the one they like the best and you collect the character card. Most cards wins.
