Reddit mentions of Sony ICF-CD7000BLK AM/FM Stereo CD Clock Radio (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

I've been in this situation for a while, too. But I seem to be making progress. Here's how:

1. I have a two-alarm clock set for 7:30AM and 9PM.
   
   
2. At 9PM, I'll take some Tylenol PM.
   
   
3. At 10:30PM I'll get sleepy but get tempted to stay awake.
   
   
4. The Linksys Router has an Access Restriction with all my MAC addresses, set to stop internet at 11PM.
   
   
5. A timed coffee maker starts brewing at 7:00AM.
   
   
   Lately the biggest help has been the evening alarm, just because it snaps me out of whatever I'm doing. Exercise helps, too.
   
   EDT: This may be too extreme for some; I worked out of my home for four years and in some ways I became very undisciplined.
