Thanks for the advise! I was thinking about purchasing the headphones/mp3 player but not sure if I like the design. This guy looks ideal, but has terrible customer reviews. I want to be able to sync playlists, and evidently this version has difficultly doing so.

My opinion is that in Spotify doesn't like it they are perfectly free to create their own hardware.
Having said that I am sure Spotify will win, because the EU has been absolutely retarded these last seven years.
