Got them from Amazon SpinFit Twin Blade CP240-M https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06VVRXHG1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_W6mMNXTInfEQm much better fit and deeper sound better noise isolation.

They come with the little white/clear tubes to decrease the nozzle size. Did you try them on?
