Dude, first of all, thank you for pointing me to examine.com. Definitely going to be my new go-to for nutrition related info.

Good idea about doing a blood test. My diet is not proper, so I'm sure I'd be deficient in many of the micronutrients, especially B-complex vitamins, but it's better to do a test and take medication accordingly. For now testing CoBaDex CZS suggested by /u/Don_Michael_Corleone for a week.
