To start I would do the Edge starter set adventure and then the follow up. But if possible use the core book and have people make their own characters. You can use the Lords of Nal hutta book to add a bunch of extra encounters and details into those. Then if you want to stick with printed adventures is is easy to move them right into Mask of the Pirate Queen.
