The easiest way to purchase KOTOR is probably to sideload the Amazon app store and buy it there there. Links: "Underground" version, Standard version.
Other options are to install an Android build for PC, or buy an android box or cheap prepaid phone, preferably one that can be rooted (~$40). And then you should be able log in to your Play Store account using Yalp or Aurora to install the apps you purchased. Otherwise you can export and sideload them.

My SD card has like 20 GB full and it still wouldn't install. I have not found a solution yet other that to buy it from another source rather than Amazon.
