I have old Jeep Wrangler with a stick, I used to just ash out the window and shift with the cigar in my mouth. Recently during our Secret Santa I got a stinky travel ash tray that I velcroed into a cup holder. Easier for sure.

I use the Stinky Car ashtray.

Yup. From my experience, the best way to smoke while driving is to crack the window about an inch, run the air through the floor vents full blast to the the air flowing up towards the windows, and get a decent ashtray. I've got both this and this, but the stinky is the best for driving because of how it clamps the cigar into place. I keep the xikar for using with fold up lawn chairs or what have you.

By the way, just so we're clear, this is the kind of ozone genrator I'm talking about. Do let the ozone air out and dissipate before getting back into your car, though, as it's not exactly safe to breathe.
