Door rack with tins! Rack comes from Amazon, tins come from Upton Tea (although many people have linked alternatives here.) Assuming you have a full-size door in your apartment that doesn't need to open all the way, this is basically free storage space.
On this note, I used some hanging door organizers like this when in a bind once. Aside from being hell to turn the pages it wasn't too bad.
This is pretty helpful, can put it on any door! Also under the bed storage is always great. Somewhere to put your mail and keys

They might fit standing up in a hanging door shelf. I know that wont fit $300 of them, but it would be a nice way to display the ones you were using at that time. What you need are wall shelves or plain ol boxes. The smaller ones would be good for one row of games... that would make it easier to go through them than the huge tubs.
