Buy this! You simply count the number of drops you add until it suddenly and instantaneously changes from colored to completely clear. Much easier and more accurate, too.

Your pH is good at 7.6. Your chlorine is high enough that it can't be measured with that method. You have to use a kit like this if you really want to measure the exact level: https://www.amazon.com/Taylor-K-1515-FAS-DPD-Chlorine-75oz/dp/B003V4YZEO/

I was confused - thanks for clarifying.

There are titration kits available that will allow you to test up to 100 ppm (or more, I think) accurately.

this is a link to an Amazon web page showing a Taylor test kit I'm familiar with that allows accurate testing above the 5.0 ppm ceiling most kits provide - I am not affiliated with Taylor nor do I receive any remuneration for recommending their products - and I'm not real keen about Amazon but they do have a lot of product listed for easy display
