Accutane, seriously? It doesn't look that bad at all. Mine was gigantostrofic, and I had a friend who's skin was even worse(his father was on heavy medication well into his forties), but I never heard anyone mention accutane, doctor or no.

Obligatory mention of clean towel on pillow(I change my bed linen very regularly, and my pillowcases daily). Also this and this(I use grapeseed oil). Don't let it win. After the various reddit threads accutane frightens me.

Usual linkage done, on to business.

You. Look. Fantastic.

I would turn to look again, and notice you from far away.

Products do help but your stress can definitely affect your skin. I read this book last year:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1581825749/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and it provides research-based advice on skin. I don't remember the exact info but basically, stress activates your fight-or-flight response. This releases hormones that if prolonged, can cause damage. These damages include weakened immune response, poor healing, increased sebum production etc. I found that meditation has helped me greatly. I know it sounds hokey and I was very leery of it at first but the results are evident, personally.

2-3 teaspoons of cod liver oil every night with dinner, a daily multi-vitamin, and a healthy diet is the cure. Good luck stranger, and don't take more than 2-3 teaspoons as it is toxic in large doses.
