I have crazy dry skin that cracks and bleeds if not properly moisturized! Boulder winters were the worst but I found what worked for me.

I love bag balm. I buy it in the small to-go tubes for my lips and the tub for my hands. Lip balm with tons of ingredients can dry lips out, but this stuff is great. It’s the only thing that works for me when I get patches of eczema on my lips. At night, sometimes I coat my hands with bag balm and sleep in cotton gloves. This stuff can be a little sticky for daytime use, so I use Deciem hand lotion during the day after washing my hands.

I also do hydrating Korean face masks once a week.

Lotion after every shower- Cerave in the blue tub is thick and unscented. Great for your face too.

Switch to moisturizing hand soap. Use rubber gloves while washing dishes (water and soap are the biggest skin drying culprits).

Wear gloves everyday! good luck.

If you like cooking, pick out a recipe (that YOU like and YOU want to cook) and take the time to make it, maybe turn on some music while you do it. Like old days! I like to do this with baking, because I never really bake but it feels more fun than making a meal that maybe no one will eat.

I bought a ten pack of these Korean face masks and once a week I get a hot bath at bedtime and use one. There are a ton of different kinds on Amazon and they are pretty cheap, plus they're super easy to clean up.

On a weekend, tell your SO he has charge of the kids (unless you're a single mom of course) and go for a hike, or if thats not your thing, go to a coffee shop and just sit. One cup of coffee is pretty cheap, and you can sit as long as you like. Bring a book! Turn your phone onto Do Not Disturb!

I ordered the Innisfree Rose and Rice Sheet masks and they arrived very quickly. Hado Labo arrived eventually (and I wasn't impressed with this set).

If you're in the UK, The Face Shop Solution set arrived literally the next day for me.
