Everybody goes through ups and downs. Just like how the high points never last forever, the low points (like you're in now) never last forever either. Things WILL get better. Don't be dumb but try to get back in the habit of doing active things when you can. You aren't going to be back to being strong right away, but you can do something. Do that small something and be happy with it. Then do a little bit more. And repeat. Until then, maybe you've earned the chance to rest - just don't "rest" too hard.
If you're looking for reading, David and Megan Roche's "The Happy Runner" does a great job of examining mental health and psyche for endurance athletes. Sounds like it might be right for you right now: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JQ4F4TY/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1
