Agreed! HAHAHA So true! Especially when you are getting info from the people you buy it from! It can help out with a lot of medical issues but it doesn't fix everything, and it for sure has a few negatives hahaha. It's easy to believe hype.

One book that has been very helpful for me for this exact issue is "The Medical Marijuana Handbook: A Patient's Guide to Holistic Healing" by Norma Eckroate. My friend Norma wrote this book when her health was deteriorating and her doctor recommended medical cannabis. Norma then went to a dispensary in California, where she met a budtender who only knew how to push weed. He had no idea how to use it as medicine. This made Norma feel overwhelmed so she spent 6 years (i think) writing this book. That way if anyone else was in her position they can empower themselves with the knowledge she wish she had.

This book is my budtender bible. It's not the most complete source of info, but that's one reason I love it. The thing is as a budtender I help 40 people/groups of people a day. It's easy to forget that some people literally have 0 knowledge of cannabis. This book is a reminder of what it's like to walk into a shop as someone who has never tried cannabis. Most of their common common questions are explained very well in "The Medical Marijuana Handbook..." and it's very digestible. The Kindle version is $5 and paperback versions range from $6-$18
