The Whole 9 Months is what I've been eyeing but there's also What to Eat When You're Pregnant but the negative reviews show lots of disappointment.

I want to know week by week or stage by stage or trimester by trimester what nutrients I should be ingesting for baby's health and in what foods I can find them.

I was doing keto for the last month and I think that contributed to me finally getting the BFP. Once we knew, my husband said he didn't want me to continue eating keto since I'm not supposed to be trying to lose weight. I've since ordered this book but so far I'm just eating normal food.

The book above is supposed to not only tell you what foods you should eat each week for baby - but also for mom with nausea, leg cramps and the other fun things :) Below is a book for Daddy - divided up so its not sit down and read it all now. Gives him info on what is going on with you and baby and how he can be involved with some humor included :) Any mint teas help with stomach upset (help not cure lol) so whether you pick peppermint, spearmint or what not it may help. I love mint iced tea.

I bought this during my pregnancy. There are some decent (and usually easy) recipes in here. Some of them are marked as good freezer meals as well so I made them and froze before my baby got here!
