Hello! Nice to meet a fellow art deco enthusiast. As far as books I have this one which is general Oakland https://www.amazon.com/Oakland-Postcard-History-Annalee-Allen/dp/073853014X/ and Theaters of Oakland - https://www.amazon.com/Theatres-Oakland-Jack-Tillmany-ebook/dp/B0099EAJFO/ They have pictures and a lot of interesting facts and descriptions on the buildings.
