Yes, I’m sure there are. I’d probably just order a SIM on Amazon and have it delivered to the hotel/office though.

I can't answer your first two questions with certainty, but I can say I ordered a sim online (this one if you're curious) and I have had good luck with it in Germany.

If you look at Amazon - the specific listing I saw

has the wording "4G/3G data roaming up to 12 GB for 30 days ※ Please note that outside of UK the maximum allowance of data usage is 9GB/30 days ". When Three switched over from their "Feel at Home" branding to "Go Roam" - they did initially restrict overseas usage; possible this is from one of those batches, since there's also a comment about "Must activate by 12/31/2018" yet the seller is still selling these. Most of the newer sims that offer the full 12 GB are seliing at around $25.
OP's requirement was for 6 GB, and a lower price. If this gives only 9, still satisfies. If it's capable of more (12 GB) - all to the good - but I don't think OP wants to buy up to $25 to get 12 GB.
OTOH - if someone buys this EXPECTING 12 and gets only 9 - that's not so good.
