The light is positioned about 16" above the screen. Use a piece of foam cushion cut to the inside dimensions of your screen.
Place the cushion on the table, lay a black cloth over it (a tshirt works fine). Place the screen over the cushion, which will be inside the screen, then position your transparency. Use a piece of heavy glass to hold the transparency down. My glass is 1/4" thick and works fine. Make sure you tell the glass shop that the glass cannot block UV light! Have them cut it to just over the size of your screens. Also have them sand the edges so you don't cut your hands.
Expose the screen and wash it out. You'll need to dial in your exposure times using an exposure calculator:
