Julia Ecklar is a filk artist who put out a few albums over the years. I'm a big fan of her album "Divine Intervention." It's a bit older, but the deep cuts are pretty awesome.

Have you looked into nerdcore hip hop at all? It can be sf/f adjacent. Beefy has songs about A Song of Ice and Fire and Ender's Game. MC Frontalot has a Voltron inspired song. MC Chris has a song about Neville Longbotttom (if you're in the U.S. this one may have FCC language issues but it's a fun tune).

If you use spotify, check out the Red Dragon Inn playlist by Daniel D. Petty. It has a lot of songs by artists like Dan the Bard, Malukah, Dan Bull, and others.

For spaghetti western horror rockabilly, check out Ghoultown. If I ever want songs about drinking tequila with the walking dead, they're my go-to.

For some stuff that sounds fantasy soundtrack adjacent, Flook just put out a really great album called Ancora.

EDIT: I nearly forgot! Kenji Kondo, Ryo Natoyama, and Yuki Niino have a really great instrumental album that's instrumental ukulele covers of songs from Studio Ghibli movies. It's called Ukulele Ghibli No Kaze.
