I have these in the smallest size, the top band hits around the top of my hips and the top of the back criss cross hits around the top of my sacrum.
I had a pt fit them on me and they felt too tight at first but after a week or two theyve felt better than not wearing them. They allow me to work on my proprioception, do my pt, and with my knee braces, and walker I'm able to go shopping and do things. They're not perfect but I've tried so many options, and for me these are the best for my severe hypermobility.
