I will see the videos and examine the test cuts.
I have a standard carving V bit with one flute.

My feed rate is set at 40mm.

I agree with the deflection on the spring loaded.
My milling plan is to go deep on one side of the screen and then just 0.125 deep on the front side to get the best details.

Will test and get back with results.
