Sporty as in stylish and not as in workout clothes, right? Realistically what you're looking for is clothing that's form-fitting but isn't skin-tight right between your legs.
Skinny jeans, for example, should work great; they're tight all the way up yo. Though I typically buy men's jeans anyway because they're basically the same with more pocket space (but minus cute designs on the pockets). Women's jeans might be tighter in the groin so I'm not positive. You can always try them on in the store if you're unsure, but I can confirm men's skinny jeans work well: they're tight all the way up your legs and hug your hips, but have enough slack underneath that they don't show any crotch bulges.
You can also try tops that go lower down around the hips if you want extra reassurance that your groin area is covered. For an example, I bought this sweater recently and it's super comfy and super cute! (Downside, it can't go in the dryer and you should lay it flat to dry, but w/e, worth it!)
