That sounds awful, and I've had similar experiences caused by going completely hairless down there. What works for me is keeping at least a strip of fuzz to keep my panties away from my bits and wearing looser fitting ones than I usually would!
Have you tried baby powder? They sell special lady powder that I used when I had this problem in high school...it works really well but I can't find what I got. This looks like it will solve all your problems! I'd get a travel-size baby powder from the store to keep in your purse for work in case you need it while you're on the clock! Once it's empty, you can refill it with the vagisil stuff and it should keep you dry and fresh instead of funky! Good luck!
