I have played before but I won't say I know the rules inside and out. I've read the core book (this one) but I've only skimmed a few of the clan books. I will refresh my memory before we start.

I'm not sure what you mean by "high concept" but I am definitely interested. Whitewolf created an entire world and storyline for OWoD that you could look into. It might save you some time on campaign creation; I don't know most of it.

I don't have a character concepts in mind, but Bruja and Tremere are my favorite Camarilla clans (I have never played a Sabbat game; the Lasombra seem interesting). V:tM is suppose to be about manipulating events to advance yourself, but I always thought the disciplines were really cool. Oh, and I like the dark aspect of vampire - how you're not really a bad guy but you're also not a good guy.

Ideas, lets see what I can come up with:

  • I played a V:tM game one time were the prince was a Sabbat in disguise and was trying to destroy the cities Camarilla from the inside.

  • It could also be a more infiltration / combat oriented game were we are trying to take a city for either the Camarilla or Sabbat. Or prevent it.

  • Maybe clan X is being forced out of the city; or trying to take over the city; or forcing its way in.

  • Maybe the prince has a blood supply shipped into the city and there is a problem with it.

  • r/WhiteWolfRPG can probably help
