I power it all from a 4 port USB charger. In the past I've also brought a little belkin surge protector but I'm not convinced it's worth it.

I'm using this USB plug and this cable to charge my Switch when I'm not at home.
If there's no power outlet where I'm going, I use this powerbank, which is a bit older and isn't sold anymore, but works nicely. Doesn't charge very fast, but if the Switch is on Standby, it's alright, considering that powerbank was very inexpensive.
My Touchpad and G3 chargers are probably the best chargers I've ever used. Unfortunately I have no Kill-A-Watt to test, but they've never let me down. I also bought a few Anker 36W chargers and 20W chargers but they haven't come in yet. Anker hasn't let me down before though, and the reviews are good so we'll see.
Something like this might help you cut down on USB adapters. One AC plug, four USB ports. I know you said you can plug into your computers, but look how pretty!
Edit: here's a desktop version that has a long AC plug so you can just stick it under your monitor or whatever, leave it at work, and only carry your USB cables. If not all of your devices have the detachable USB cord chargers, you can find a lot of these things with normal power outlets too.
