I've found a lot of recipes on pinterest actually that takes me to some good blogs. Here's a few:

https://itdoesnttastelikechicken.com/ - This one has calorie counts

https://www.rabbitandwolves.com/ - No calorie counts, but had a good amount of success that they normally fit into my day.

https://www.cookinglight.com/ - Quite a few veggie recipes here

https://www.chatelaine.com/recipes/ - You can sort by vegetarian and they give calorie counts

https://pulses.org/nap/pulse-recipes/ - This one is all about incorporating pulses into your diet. You can sort by vegetarian, although sometimes their calorie counts can be off I've found, but they have a lot of good options.

https://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/category/vegetarian/ - Can be sorted by vegetarian or vegan and gives calorie counts. Not all super low calorie, but some are and you can also do some subs.

Last I cannot recommend this cook book enough. All the recipes give nutrition info, focus on protein, and I haven't had a single bad thing from it yet.
