I see a lot of cast iron pan pizzas, but cast iron plates are extremely underrated in the pizza world. I am using the Victoria cast iron plate: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GKZZMSF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Aq8MDbFH4Z3G8
This is cheaper than baking steels, but conduct heat at around the same rate as steel.
