It doesn't have the scissors or pliers found on other models, it's pretty much just a knife and a screwdriver. The screwdriver will snap into position at 90 degrees or 180 degrees, most of the time I use it fully extended but if you really need torque the 90 degree position is nice. I've had mine for over 6 years now and apart from looking a bit banged up it still works perfectly.
For technicians, their product line of Cybertool pocket knives are really excellent. I favor the Cybertool 29 for a good balance of tools and comfortable size. Comes in classic red, or sapphire.
