It's really a hit or miss depending on your skin. For some people its god sent, others totally hate it. I really Love this one It smells great! You can really tell the difference in quality compared to some you may just pick up at the store. If you didn't like it, it works great for cooking, lube etc lol

Oiling does amazing things for your beard and underlying skin. Coconut oil is the closest you're going to get to an oil being being a paste- requested Amazon link- it liquifies fairly quickly from body heat. Fortunately after Argan oil it is one of the best beard oils.

However, you aren't going to want to use your badger brush to apply the oil, it'll coat the hairs and reduce the amount of water your badger brush is able to retain, use your fingers or get a cheap bristle brush instead.

On side note have you ever washed your bread with the Proraso? It's a really good beard soap, try it sometime.

Coconut oil (stir a little in your coffee or use it to cook with) is also good for, uh, "moving things along". It's got lots of healthy fats and is easy ingredient to sneak into different foods. This brand is pretty tasty.

I agree about giving up anything low fat or reduced fat. It goes against everything that you've been taught in your life, but always opt for full fat products.
