Picked this up a few days ago at an Asian grocery store (?). They had lots of tasty-looking sauces, and this one certainly piqued my interest. It has great heat and that traditional scotch bonnet flavor we've all come to love and joy. I've always been a hab guy, but coat a chicken breast in this stuff and you've got one hell of a dead bird. Mmmmm.

Best of luck! When I saw the request for 'scotch bonnet', I assumed it was a search Jamaican sauce. FWIW, I did my own 'research' a few years ago for a favorite Jamaican sauce of mine. After trying a few different brands, I found this sauce from Walkerswood. It's not as great as what I had but it's pretty good.
