There's a lot of starter packs on ebay, but typically sets of tea ware come with pot/gaiwan, fairness pitcher, then cups and maybe a tea pick or spoon. I haven't seen any that come with a kettle. But you can look online to find a set. Here's a cheap one I found in a few seconds.
