Most likely it's the difference in temperature that has put them into a bit of a shock. Once the water temp doesn't go below 40F you can give them a Pondtabb or Highland Rim to kickstart their growing. There are other options, of course, but these are the two I've always used. Pondtabbs for non-flowering or general growth, and Highland Rim for flowering plants.

If you want something to bloom (flowers) you give it Highland Rim

Otherwise, if you just want to give it a boost of good growth you give it Pondtabbs

Now, you can give it other brands and whatever you want, but in general just look at the NPK of the product and feed it accordingly.

NPK - Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium - Nitrogen(growth), Phosphorus(Root Growth and general goodness - always been fuzzy on this one), and Potassium(Bloom - Flowering)
