I've had great luck with Amazon. You don't have to buy undergarments or clothes made for women. There are plenty of male options to choose from that LOOK female. I wear only thongs, g-strings, and 'cheeky' briefs made of lace, silk, or nylon, with spandex blended in. Here are my favorites:

Both are semi-seethrough, blended with spandex and nylon or some other kind of non-fabric material. What I LOVE about these are that they are breathable, stretchy, and easy to care for: I hand-wash them in the shower with regular soap or body wash, and hang them to dry.
I'm also a big fan of silk blended with spandex, or satin blended with spandex.
