I see. I just tried it, and when I assign 2 4 6 8 while having NumLock on, the game looks in the direction but it also does whatever I assigned it to. With numlock off, the game doesn't look in the direction but it replaces 2 4 6 8 with up down left right and does the action I assigned it to do as well. It works fine for me.

Update: I bought a keypad off Amazon for 10 bucks.

Has 28 keys so it shouldn't be a problem
