Oh my god who cares?

Let me guess, you read a trope on TVtropes once and assume any time a female character can heal it's some horrible sexist stereotype?

Meanwhile, there's an enormous history of women in the western tradition (as well as much of the eastern tradition) as healers, midwives, and other kind of medicinal practioners. Go read "The Woman as Healer" if you want to understand just a fraction of why this is a commonly promoted idea.
