I went a size or two up because my underside incisions were so sensitive.

They're both Amazon prime so you can return for free. You just might want to cover yourself with some gauze when you're trying them on so you don't bleed or ooze on them.
I've had a lot of luck with this one. The listing says that it's for medium support but compared to other sports bras i've had, it definitely feels more like a light support sports bra.
