I've been using this and it's worked out great. No carbs which is helpful, and I think it's fine if you're not working out. Even on days when I don't workout I have a scoop of it with a giant glass of water and it's a really good pick me up.
I also take magnesium and potassium supplements to help out with vitamins I'm missing out on.
No Problem.
Lately we've been using Stress Relax Magnesium Citrate (5% Magnesium) and Scivation Xtend BCAA- (9% Sodium + 5% Potassium + BCAA and B6) which it works out to ~$.98 a serving.
The GF prefers the flavors over the others (particularly the Zipfizz) and you also get BCAA so I figure it's a win.
The Scivation comes in a bewhildering variety of flavors, and I first heard about it on Tim Ferris' Podcast where he interviewed Keto Researcher Dr. Dom D’Agostino who had good things to say about it.
