Some bluetooth streaming adapters can even attach to the CD changer connector on OEM headunits. Being a 2008, quite likely has one of those.

Main advantage is you can hide the unit and all the wiring behind the centre console. You even get handsfree calling on some models.

This says it's compatible with a 2004-11 ES350, might be the go-er for /u/Miguel30Locs.
